This project is analytical, not reactive.
Finality Is Not Justice focuses on a structural analysis of federal criminal adjudication. The work examines how charging practices, appellate standards, procedural doctrines, and institutional incentives interact to prevent meaningful correction once cases are formally resolved through adjudication.
The research includes a doctrinal analysis, systemic critique, and longitudinal examination of how legal mechanisms operate in practice rather than in theory.
The goal is not to relitigate individual cases, but to understand why error persists even when acknowledged.
This platform supports ongoing research, writing, and engagement related to the structure of the justice system, constitutional enforcement, and institutional accountability.
